Workzone Appoints Destinee Mack as Vice President of Customer Success

By Workzone Team

Seasoned B2B SaaS leader joins Workzone’s leadership team to drive deeper customer relationships, drive rapid time to value and maximize customer lifetime.

Philadelphia, PA – April 23, 2025 — Workzone, a leading provider of project management software, today announced the appointment of Destinee Mack as Vice President of Customer Success. Destinee brings over a decade of experience leading and scaling customer success functions across high-growth B2B SaaS organizations.

In her new role, Destinee will oversee all facets of Workzone’s customer success strategy, with a focus on deepening customer relationships, simplifying the customer journey, and aligning closely with product teams with the ultimate goal of delivering rapid time to value and best-in-class ongoing customer support.

Destinee has previously held Customer Success leadership roles at Reelay, WebPT, and other prominent SaaS companies, where she successfully built high-impact post-sales functions spanning onboarding, support, and customer enablement. She is widely respected for her collaborative leadership style, customer-first mindset, and her ability to connect strategy with execution — driving retention, expansion, and long-term customer value.

“What drew me to Workzone was the team’s authentic commitment to customer success. It’s clear that the customer voice is deeply embedded in every part of the business. I’m excited to help build on that foundation and lead with a strategy that’s outcome-driven, proactive, and deeply personal. My goal is to ensure every customer not only feels supported, but truly seen, heard, and set up for long-term success,”

Destinee Mack, VP of Customer Success

Destinee’s appointment comes at a pivotal moment for Workzone, following its acquisition by Big Band Software in December 2023 and a landmark year of growth in 2024. Her leadership will be instrumental to the company’s ambitious 10-year vision: to see a project completed on its platform every second.

This goal reflects Workzone’s broader mission to empower Marketing, Creative, and Operations teams in community-serving industries such as Higher Education, Healthcare, and beyond, with tools to work more efficiently and deliver better outcomes for students, patients, and community members.

“We are excited to welcome Destinee to our leadership team at an important stage of our evolution. Workzone’s long-term goal is to democratize work efficiency in industries that form the backbone of our communities. Such industries see delayed ‘time to value’ due to long-stretched deployment of work management tools that often lack change management and adoption guidance. That is something we are fundamentally trying to change with rapid deployment and high-touch support that delivers quick, quality outcomes for customers. Destinee’s track record of scaling customer success plays perfectly into this objective,” said Ash Didwania, CEO of Workzone.

With a well-rounded leadership team in place, Workzone is well on its way to expedite product innovation and deliver high-quality customer experiences through a verticalized approach that prioritizes industry-specific use cases over the “everything for everyone” horizontal approach that has headlined the collaborative work management space for over a decade.
