We’re thrilled to announce that Advanced Markup is now Live! This new feature enhances your file markup and review workflows, bringing many exciting new capabilities.
As a current user of our existing markup, we are excited for you to be one of the first to access the new advanced markup features before they go live for all other users. Your feedback will be invaluable as we launch this.
What’s New?
Here’s a sneak peek at the brand-new and improved features with Advanced Markup:
- More supported formats, including image files, PDFs, SVG, and .mp4 video files.
- Enhanced annotation tools, including notes, free-draw, arrows and shapes, text highlight/annotation on PDFs and SVGs, and fully flexible scalable zoom.
- Comment logging for each annotation with the ability to respond using the built-in reply function. You can even @mention Workzone users who have access to the file!
- Real-time collaboration: See updates from other users in real time.
- A print page feature that allows you to print thumbnails with annotations.
Looking Ahead
In the near future, we plan to expand support for additional file types, including various video formats and MS Office files. We’re also excited to integrate additional features into these advanced markup workflows, making you even more efficient!
To help you explore these new features, we’ve created an explanatory video and additional educational materials in our knowledge base. We’d also love to invite you to a series of webinars where we’ll guide you through the integration and answer any questions.
